📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.,Assist in the development of training budgets and schedules.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during training sessions.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using training software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.,Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
