You will coordinate with our vessel operations team to ensure smooth and efficient cargo handling processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with the vessel operations team to ensure smooth and efficient cargo handling processes.
Monitor and track vessel schedules and cargo movements to ensure timely delivery.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and cargo handling processes.
Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to customer service and vessel coordination activities.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer service and vessel coordination.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of customer service and vessel coordination strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to customer service and vessel coordination.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service and vessel coordination roles.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with shipping and logistics software such as SAP or similar systems.
Knowledge of English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
Valid SIM (Sertifikat Profesi Maritim) certification is a plus.
