📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-organized at all times.,Monitor food inventory and place orders as needed.,Train and supervise junior staff to maintain high standards of food preparation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in menu planning and cost control activities.,Assist in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.,Perform other related duties as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in the food service industry.,Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Proficient in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
