📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all aspects of financial accounting, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and Indonesian accounting standards.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to management and regulatory bodies.,Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Maintain and update accounting systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.,Provide training and guidance to junior accountants and other staff members.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of GAAP and Indonesian accounting standards.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
