Global Point Pratama is seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join our team. As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of our sites, ensuring they are safe, efficient, and compliant with all regulations. This is a hybrid role, combining on-site work with remote collaboration.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of sites, ensuring they meet quality standards and safety regulations.,Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Inspect sites regularly to identify and address any issues or potential hazards.,Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.,Maintain accurate records of all site activities, including inspections, repairs, and maintenance work.,Provide technical support and guidance to site personnel as needed.,Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of site improvement plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and safety standards.,Proficient in using construction management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
