📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities through direct engagement with potential and existing clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the electronics and technology sectors.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, including pricing and contract negotiations.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales team and management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements in the electronics and technology sectors.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on electronics or technology products.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Familiarity with electronic components and technology solutions is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
