📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Brew and serve a variety of coffee drinks with precision and creativity,Maintain and clean coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance,Interact with customers to understand their preferences and provide excellent service,Monitor coffee inventory levels and place orders as needed,Stay updated on the latest coffee trends and techniques,Assist in the training of new baristas to ensure consistent quality,Collaborate with the management team to improve coffee offerings and customer experience,Ensure a clean and organized workspace for a pleasant customer experience

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques,Excellent communication and customer service skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines,Proficiency in using coffee equipment and machinery,Attention to detail and a passion for quality coffee,Familiarity with Indonesian coffee culture and trends,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg) of coffee equipment
