📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, and that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Train and develop staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service.,Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Ensure that the restaurant is compliant with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.,Oversee the hiring and onboarding process for new staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience with inventory management, staff scheduling, and budgeting.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.
