📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve business processes.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.,Handle any operational issues or challenges that may arise.,Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
