📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing branch operations, including staff supervision and performance evaluation.,Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction.,Monitor branch financial performance and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery.,Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of branch staff.,Report to the Branch Manager on branch performance and any issues that may arise.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of branch strategies.,Ensure the branch meets all regulatory requirements and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the banking or finance industry.,Strong knowledge of banking operations and products.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus.,Ability to travel for business purposes as required.
