Silver Port Group is seeking a dedicated Assistant Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Mojokerto, Jawa Timur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a passion for ensuring smooth and timely transportation services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and scheduling of fleet activities.,Monitor vehicle maintenance and fuel consumption to ensure optimal performance.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues.,Maintain accurate records of fleet activities and compliance with safety regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet policies and procedures.,Support the fleet coordinator in achieving operational goals and targets.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure compliance with safety standards.,Provide administrative support to the fleet department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic regulations and safety standards.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
