📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the hiring team.,Assist in onboarding new hires, including paperwork and orientation.,Support the recruitment team in achieving recruitment targets.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with ATS and HR software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
