📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management.,Organize and participate in team-building activities and training sessions.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
