📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the team to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.,Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of leading and managing a team effectively.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and ordering systems.,Ability to train and develop team members.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
