📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily cashier operations, including opening and closing shifts, ensuring accurate financial records.
Train and mentor junior cashiers to maintain high standards of service and accuracy.
Monitor and reconcile cash transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to financial transactions with professionalism and efficiency.
Prepare and submit regular financial reports to management, including daily and monthly cash reports.
Ensure compliance with local and national financial regulations.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in cash handling, financial transactions, or a related role in the hospitality or tourism industry.
Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial records.
Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and best practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
