Field Technical Support Specialist (PPL) - Poultry Farming & Broiler Cultivation

As a Field Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting farm visits, providing technical guidance, and troubleshooting issues related to broiler cultivation. You will work closely with farmers to implement best practices, such as feed management, disease prevention, and environmental control. This role requires a deep understanding of poultry farming and a passion for helping farmers improve their operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular farm visits to monitor and assess the health and productivity of broiler flocks.
• Provide technical guidance and training to farmers on best practices in broiler cultivation, including feed management, disease prevention, and environmental control.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to broiler health and productivity, offering solutions based on industry standards and best practices.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve farm efficiency and productivity, in collaboration with farmers and other stakeholders.
• Conduct demonstrations and workshops to educate farmers on new technologies and techniques in broiler cultivation.
• Maintain detailed records of farm visits, observations, and recommendations, using software such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Collaborate with the technical team to gather and analyze data on farm performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in poultry farming, attending relevant seminars, workshops, and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Veterinary Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in poultry farming, preferably in broiler cultivation.
• Strong understanding of poultry health, nutrition, and management practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with farmers and other stakeholders.
• Familiarity with software such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data management and analysis.
• Valid certification in poultry farming or a related field, such as the Certified Poultry Manager (CPM) certification.
• Ability to travel extensively to conduct farm visits and provide technical support.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian, with good English skills for communication and documentation purposes.
