Hokian Kirana Sembako is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and optimize our fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and fleet management, with excellent organizational and communication skills. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our delivery services, contributing to our overall business success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including vehicles, drivers, and maintenance schedules.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance to ensure cost efficiency and compliance with safety regulations.,Develop and implement fleet management strategies to improve operational efficiency.,Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure all vehicles meet safety standards.,Maintain accurate records of fleet activities, including fuel usage, maintenance, and driver performance.,Resolve any issues or conflicts related to fleet operations promptly and effectively.,Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and integration of fleet activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
