📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.,Answer and direct incoming calls and emails.,Handle check-in and check-out procedures for guests.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to the best of your ability.,Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.,Assist with event planning and coordination when needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
