📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and maintaining applicant records.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits and compensation packages.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in the organization of training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the administration of leave and attendance management systems.,Support the HR team in the resolution of employee grievances and conflicts.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and other relevant documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the HR field.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.
