📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in managing employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with managers to address employee concerns and issues.,Assist in the organization and execution of employee training and development programs.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance procedures.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in a human resources department.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar platforms.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in Indonesian, with English being an advantage.
