📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, receiving, and shipping.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records are maintained.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage the flow of goods.
  • Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
  • Monitor warehouse space utilization and optimize storage to improve efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent losses.
  • Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
  • Collaborate with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the diamond industry is a plus.
