In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial advice.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Provide strategic financial advice to support business growth and decision-making.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements and tax filings.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Lead and mentor junior finance team members.,Monitor and control financial risks and opportunities.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,5-7 years of experience in a finance leadership role.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.,Proficient in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of market research industry is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
