📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain the hotel's visual identity, including logos, color schemes, and typography.,Create marketing materials such as brochures, posters, and social media graphics.,Design and produce high-quality digital and print materials for promotions and events.,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visuals.,Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to keep our visuals fresh and engaging.,Manage and mentor junior designers to ensure high-quality output and team growth.,Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve design quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.,Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).,Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.,Excellent communication and project management skills.,Creative and innovative thinker with a strong attention to detail.,Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
