📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.,Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of goods and services.,Managing the procurement process, including ordering, receiving, and inventory management.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.,Monitoring and analyzing procurement costs to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.,Preparing and presenting reports on procurement activities and performance to management.,Assisting in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and initiatives.,Providing support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including purchasing, negotiation, and contract management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with procurement software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
