📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greeting and assisting visitors and clients with a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answering and directing phone calls and inquiries.
  • Checking in and out guests, and ensuring their comfort during their stay.
  • Maintaining the reception area and ensuring it is clean and organized.
  • Handling mail, packages, and other deliveries.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Providing information about the company and its services.
  • Ensuring the security and safety of the premises.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with basic computer skills and office software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to speak and write in Indonesian fluently.
