As a Sales Admin Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and maintaining customer records and sales data.,Process and handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints efficiently.,Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and updates.,Prepare and maintain reports and documents related to sales activities.,Support the sales team in organizing and executing sales campaigns and events.,Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality in handling customer information.,Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and materials.,Support the sales team in achieving their targets and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Experience in sales administration or a related role is a plus.,Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
