📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.,Ensure all products are displayed and merchandised according to company standards.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Assist in training and supervising junior staff members.,Conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy and prevent shrinkage.,Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily sales targets.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or store management role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software.,Basic understanding of financial reporting and budgeting.,Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
