As a Senior Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and comfort during their stay. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm and professional welcome.,Check guests in and out, and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and promptly.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective solutions.,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the reception desk and guest registration forms.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.,Assist with guest transportation arrangements, if applicable.,Monitor and maintain security protocols, including key distribution and access control.,Prepare and distribute daily reports to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front desk receptionist role, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages, both spoken and written.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with hotel management software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid ID and work permit for Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat.
