📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide first-line support to high-value clients, resolving their queries and issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and improvements to our support processes.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support and payment processing.,Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.,Contribute to the development and implementation of support policies and procedures.,Act as a subject matter expert in high-value support, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.,Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer support, preferably in the financial services or payment processing industry.,Strong knowledge of payment processing systems and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
