📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Work with the procurement team to manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Analyze sales data to forecast demand and adjust inventory levels accordingly.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all inventory transactions.
• Collaborate with store managers to address any discrepancies in inventory levels.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices in inventory management.
• Assist in the implementation of new inventory control systems and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control or a similar role.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
