📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations for jewellery products.
• Drive sales growth by achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Manage inventory and ensure that the store is well-stocked with the latest and most popular jewellery items.
• Collaborate with in-house designers and craftsmen to develop new product lines and special promotions.
• Provide excellent customer service, including handling returns, exchanges, and complaints.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to ensure that our products and services remain competitive.
• Assist in the organization and execution of in-store events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all products are displayed attractively and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Excellent knowledge of jewellery products, materials, and trends.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail software, such as SAP or Oracle Retail.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in jewellery sales or retail management a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) of jewellery and other retail merchandise.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
