📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement community development programs focused on sustainability and environmental conservation.
• Conduct needs assessments and develop program strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Monitor and evaluate program outcomes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
• Collaborate with local stakeholders, government agencies, and international partners to create and execute programs.
• Prepare and present reports on program activities and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Environmental Science, Public Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, community development, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of environmental conservation and sustainability principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello or Asana.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
