📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Overseeing the daily operations of the chemical factory, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve production efficiency and product quality.
• Managing and mentoring a team of experienced professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Negotiating contracts with suppliers and customers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
• Monitoring and analyzing financial performance, preparing reports for senior management.
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of all employees, implementing and enforcing safety protocols.
• Representing the company in industry associations and events, building relationships with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fresh graduate with a degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience in the chemical industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficient in using industry-standard software such as SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards, including ISO and OSHAS.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel and relocate to Manado, Sulawesi Utara.
